Brad Holmes has lived in the West Branch and Central Susquehanna Valleys for his entire life. Originally from Muncy, Brad earned his bachelor's degree in psychology with elementary education certification from Lycoming College. He raised his family while teaching in the Central Susquehanna Valley. While teaching, Brad earned a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Bloomsburg University. Brad has always been a lifetime learner and educator honing his skills and continues to do so. He coached football for over two decades in Muncy, Milton, Montgomery, and Montoursville. Brad loves to travel and enjoys going to professional football and baseball games in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Brad and his wife Susan have raised two amazing children, Jared and Kara. Brad is hard working, tech savvy, and a team player. He is a member of the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Brad acquired a love for beautiful homes as his wife and he planned and built their own custom dream home. He is looking forward to using his tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills to help Villager Realty clients’ dreams come true by finding their perfect home or lucrative investment.
