Terry is a lifelong resident of the Central Susquehanna Valley. He graduated from Thiel College and received his Master's Degree from Bucknell University. Terry taught 5th & 6th grades in the Milton Schools for 30 years and took early retirement in 1999. Now he is a full time realtor with Villager. Terry is deeply educated in real estate industry topics. He has completed several seminars, master classes, and levels of GRI. He completed a Floyd Wickman Course - an intensive 63 days sales course - and graduated with honors. Terry is one of a small group of professionals honored by the Course that is offered by one of the top real estate trainers in the country. "I strongly believe that education is the key in real estate. The more knowledge and skills I have, the better I can serve the needs of my clients," says Terry. His manager, Jim Holtzapple, describes him as one of the area's top producers. Terry holds the distinction of being a member of the President's Club. He enjoys sports, reading and following the stock market. Terry and his wife Janet live in Rolling Ridge in Milton and have one grown daughter, Rebekah, and two grandsons.
