Kelly was raised in the Mifflinburg area and now resides there with her husband and two sons. She attended Bloomsburg University and following school moved to the Philadelphia suburbs. While living there she became interested in real estate and obtained her real estate education. She moved back to Union County in 2005 and affiliated with Villager. She has experience working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial properties. Her motto is, "I'll treat you the way I'd like to be treated."
