Villager Realty, Inc., is pleased to welcome Ann Scullin Moyer of the Hummels Wharf, Selinsgrove area to the regional real estate company. Ann is an Associate Broker and has been licensed to sell real estate for 18 years. She specializes in working with Buyers and Sellers in residential, commercial and investment properties. She is a member of the Central Susquehanna Chamber of Commerce, previously worked as a Board Member at the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors, and has earned her GRI, CRS and ABR designations. Regional real estate Company Villager Realty announced production achievements for residential sales associates for 2012. The leading area brokerage firm is celebrating its 40th year serving the real estate needs of the Central Susquehanna Valley. Villager operates offices in Bloomsburg, Danville, Lewisburg, Northumberland and Selinsgrove, and is the largest company in the five county Central Susquehanna Valley Board of REALTORS®.
Taking top award for individual sales production was Janet Hummer, of Danville, with personal sales production exceeding $13,400,000. As All-Villager “Agent of the Year”, Janet will soon be enjoying a vacation to an exotic clime. Runners up for the Agent of the Year recognition were Teresa Keeley, of Lewisburg, and Bonnie Trump, of Danville.
Tim Karr, President and CEO of Villager Realty, announced the members of the company’s elite circle, the Presidents Club. Karr’s “Presidents Club” is Villager’s award for the 12 highest achieving agents in the company. This year, there were 54 agents in contention. In addition to Hummer, Keeley and Trump were Melanie Strodel, of Danville, Bloomsburg’s Barbara Maneval, Lewisburg’s Raymond Beachy, Kristin Mikita of Danville, Lewisburg’s Tim Brouse, Bob Bertram , Sabra Karr, and Terry McLaughlin, and Selinsgrove’s Steve Slotter. Members of the Presidents Club accounted for over $76,000,000 in personal sales production.
Individual accolades went to: Mairead Kelly of Danville for the “Distinguished Service Award”; Dave Sauers of Selinsgrove for “Rookie of the Year”; Nancy Housenick of Bloomsburg for the “Hero of the Year”; Sabra Karr of Lewisburg for the “Relocation Award” for most closed referrals for 2012; “Agent of the Year” to Janet Hummer of Danville; and “Office of the Year Award” to Danville, for $48,750,000 in closed residential sales.
Joining Karr during the awards presentation was national real estate personality/educator John Hamilton, who was keynote speaker for the event. It was noted that 23 of villager’s 54 agents qualified for the Silver Diamond Club for real estate sales excellence, an exceptional accomplishment for a real estate company in a rural marketplace. Villager Realty enjoyed residential real estate sales in excess of $130,000,000 during 2012, a record annualsales achievement.
