Since 1973 Villager Realty has been serving the real estate needs of a growing Central Susquehanna Valley. Founded in October of 1973, the initial Villager office was located at 29 South Second Street in Lewisburg. The "staff" consisted of Tim Karr, and a secretary. From the opening of that office, Villager Realty has grown and is now under the leadership of Sabra Karr as our Broker. We now enjoy the position as the most successful real estate company in our region, with office locations in Danville and Northumberland, in addition to our corporate office in Lewisburg.  Villager's "footprint" overlaps the Central Valley and affords us market presence from Berwick to Liverpool.

Villager leads the 5 county Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in real estate sales, and has done so every year, year after year, for over 50 years.
