About the Broker

Sabra Karr is the Broker of Record for Villager Realty.  A second-generation Broker, Sabra has actively been selling real estate since 2008.  Specializing in both residential and commercial transactions, her passion for the family business and compassion for her clients has helped Sabra achieve award winning results and formulate lasting relationships.  She obtained her Broker’s License in 2013, and served as Associate Broker and then General Manager for Villager. She transitioned to Broker of Record in 2022.

Sabra is involved in leadership on both the state and local levels and is an advocate for her industry. She is a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and serves as Secretary for the Greater Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors MLS Board.  Sabra has been involved with numerous PAR committees and advisory groups and is currently a Trustee for the Realtors Political Action Committee.  She was named Realtor of the Year in 2016 by the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors.

Community minded and service oriented, Sabra has been involved with a number of other organizations over the years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Susquehanna Valley (a graduate of the Class of 2011), the Board of Directors for Transitions of PA, the Evangelical Hospital Philanthropy Council, and is a member or chair of numerous committees and advisory groups.  She was a part of the First Community Foundation Partnership Southern Tier Regional Advisory Board and also the Board of Trustees for the Public Library for Union County.
