Villager Realty President & CEO Tim Karr has championed the growth of the Central Susquehanna Valley's real estate leader since founding the company in 1973. Villager Realty began with Tim Karr, and a secretary. From a single office location in Lewisburg, Villager today enjoys a five county footprint, with offices in Danville, Lewisburg, and Northumberland. For over fifty years, Villager has led this region in real estate sales. Tim Karr's number one priority is to ensure that Villager Realty is Powered by Satisfaction.

Tim Karr is committed to the betterment of the real estate profession, having served as President of the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of REALTORS® (CSVBR), President of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), Region II Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and President of the Pennsylvania Appraisal Council. Tim is a past Pennsylvania REALTOR of the Year. He is passionate about assisting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with outdoor recreation and “growing greener”, serving as Chairman of DCNR's Pennsylvania Recreational Trails Advisory Board (PARTAB), and as a longtime member of the Bureau of Forestry's Recreational Advisory Committee. He has served as a member of both Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Services' and GMAC Real Estates' national brokers' advisory councils. Tim Karr's sense of dedication to clients and customers and belief in hard work is reflected in Villager's “Hero Concept” wherein everyone in the Villager Realty family strives daily to be a Hero to their clients, communities and co-workers.
