Lewisburg Real Estate Office

Villager Realty’s Lewisburg office, opened in 1973 by founder and CEO Timothy S. Karr, was the company’s first location.

A lifelong resident of the Susquehanna Valley, Tim realized early in his professional career that opening a Lewisburg real estate office would be the perfect start for his company. Tim was joined in the Lewisburg office in 1991 by his partner Jim Holtzapple, also a lifelong resident of the community.

The original Villager office was located on North Second Street in downtown Lewisburg. The office quickly relocated to Market Street, where it remained until the company outgrew that location and made the move to our current location along the U.S. Route 15 corridor.

Our Lewisburg real estate office also serves as home to the Villager Realty Corporate Office and as well as our company-wide Relocation Department and Commercial Division. The office’s 14 full-time agents are active in many community activities and support a number of charitable causes. Our Lewisburg agents live in not only Lewisburg but also in the surrounding communities of Milton, Mifflinburg, Watsontown, New Berlin and New Columbia. No real estate agency in the entire Central Susquehanna Valley has more qualified and diversified agents than Villager Realty’s Lewisburg real estate office.
